Q: Where will the items ship from?
The items are shipped from Kennewick, WA (Central/Eastern Washington)
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: The turnaround time is generally less than 5 business days for non-custom orders. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to process. Please note, shipping time starts from the time it finishes processing, so please take into account the shipping time + processing time when placing your order.
If you are in a rush, please contact me, and we can discuss rush shipping possibilities. However, rush fee of up to 25% may apply.
Q: Do you accept returns / exchanges?
A: Most of the items are made to order, so we don’t accept returns/ exchange in general. If the item is one of the top sellers and is not personalized, we may be able to accept returns with a 20% restocking fee if and when the items are returned in original condition. Q: What carrier do you use for shipping?
We currently only ship by USPS, but if you prefer a different method, please feel free to message me.
Q: I want the place cards/items to be personalized and/or with guest names printed. How do I order?
Customized orders require a bit of communication to make sure we get your order right. Please contact us here with the following information:
- Product you are referring to
- Details (such as font, color of paper etc.)
- Date of your event, when you need it by, and when you can provide guest list and/or info.
