Shipping

All of our items are made to order. Production times vary, but all unpersonalized orders ship within 5 business days (many faster), with some personalized orders to take up to 2 weeks. If you are in a rush, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will try our best to accommodate.

Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method, but generally, US orders placed with ground shipping usually takes between 2-8 business days on average, and priority mail takes 1-3 business days on average. We’ll send tracking information once your order ships. We use USPS mail to ship all items, from Washington State.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing. If you notice a mistake in your personalization details after placing your order, please contact us immediately — we may be able to catch it before production begins.

Issues with order

If there’s an issue with your order (e.g. receiving the wrong item or a defect), please reach out within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right at no cost to you.

Returns on Non-Custom Items

Occasionally, we may approve a return on non-custom items. If approved:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • The item must be in unused, unopened original condition.
  • Items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of delivery.

1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Photos (if applicable)

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
